I  am racing to increase awarness of the Pebble gold and copper development project near Lake Iliamna in Alaska. Lake Iliamna is at the headwaters of Bristol Bay and is the size of lake Erie, my home and the site of the largest salmon run in the world. It is also the home of untouched wilderness. A 2.5 mile open pit mine is proposed.

This is my second year of ski 2 sea. My first year, I was with Binyon county. We placed 3rd overall and 1st Whatcom county. Other accomplishments include 7th place duathlon age-group nationals, 1st place Mt. Ranier Duathlon, 2nd place Birch Bay 25k and 2nd place Birch Bay International 15k. My biggest achievements are yet to come!
