Charlie Heggem, personal trainer has a background in exercise physiology and fitness training. He is an ex-pro Mtn. Bike racer. He has also worked with World Sports Organization and Team Sports. He loves to adapt the activities to each persons' needs. Charlie is ACE certified (personal training), an LCI instructor (League of American Bicyclists) and has his WFR certification (extensive FirstAid and CPR). During the winter, Charlie coaches the Mt. Baker Race team. He also teaches spin classes and classes/clinics with everybodyBIKE on bike knowledge, safety and traffic riding.


Learning how to ride in a paceline to training for a marathon....Charlie would love to coach you along.
