Personal Training FAQ

Do I need my own equipment?

No, not necessarily. We will provide all the gear for a good workout. If you like a specific piece of equipment, you can purchase it through us.

How often should I train?

There is certainly no magic number that we prescribe to everyone. After your first session of consultation, we will have a clearer understanding of your goals and workout levels.

What does the typical workout consist of?

Warm up with some light calisthenics and stretching. Then we move to Strengthening and Toning exercises covering the entire body with special focus on targeted goal areas. Lastly, we Cool Down - Stretching and Flexibility exercises.

Can a friend workout with me?

Of course!! Friends can be the sense of motivation and support. The fee that we charge is time and a half. (1 session= $60)

What if I have limitations and/or injures?

This area is one of Charlie's strengths. We will work with you to create a fun, successful and effective program that comfortably works around your limitation/injury.
