The need in Whatcom County
The Great Northwest Swap will provide Bellingham/Whatcom County with a unique and defining model of our regions commitment to outdoor recreation and our unique environment. With the outdoors such a strong aspect of our quality of life in the Northwest it’s about time there was an annual community swap to help people unload and reload their recreation equipment.
